Q: [Does Medicare cover my diabetic shoes?]
A: Yes, if you are diabetic Medicare will cover one pair of diabetic shoes per year.

Q: [What insurances do you accept?]
A: We will attempt to file with all insurances. However not all patients insurance cover prosthetics and/or orthotics. It is up to the patient to call their insurance to verify coverage.

Q: [Does my insurance cover me?]
A: Depending on your insurance and what type of service is being performed you may or may not be covered. It is the patients responsibility to verify insurance coverage

Q: [Do you charge for adjustments and repairs?]
A: If your device was manufactured by CP&O we do not charge for any adjustments or repairs that are not caused by negligence. If your device was not manufactured by CP&O you will be responsible for a $20 office fee and any parts.

Q: [Do I need to make an appointment?]
A: Yes, the services we offer do take quite a bit of time for each patient. Our practitioners also leave the office for hospital clinics and visits. It is not guaranteed a practitioner is available to see patients.
